Founded by Cassandra Pullos, one of Australia's most successful litigators and experienced mediators to provide personalized, holistic alternative dispute resolution services to separating spouses and parents.


I worked with Cassandra and her team on the launch of the Resolution Collective. Starting with discovery and market research, I created a brand identity that helped them enter a dated market with a progressive appearance that matched their modern approach.

Informed by my years as a product designer, I took a research based approach. Starting with discovery, I dug deep with Cassandra and her team to understand and refine their mission. With Cassandra's experience as a litigator as the primary differentiator, we defined the 5 unique brand pillars that would help the Resolution Collective stand apart and remain consistent: Realistic, Resolute, Holistic, Positive, Tailored.

A modern identity to enter a dated market.


I looked at the existing alternatives to customers in the market of mediation - most of which had a more traditional look that aimed towards "wellness." Leaning in on the brand pillars defined, we found a gap for a more modern identity that expressed their pragmatic and professional approach to mediation.
